The Shang Cineplex E-see Club is an exclusive membership club that entitles you to rewards, privileges and discounts. It also allows you to reserve and pay for movie tickets ahead of time.

Minimum age for membership eligibility is eighteen (18) years old. Minors aged twelve (12) to seventeen (17) may obtain membership with a parent's or guardian's written consent. Application forms are available at the Shang Cineplex counters on Level 6 or at the Information counters at Level 1, Shangri-La Plaza. You may also apply online at www.shangcineplex.com .

Membership is activated upon submission and approval of application, and payment of the membership fee of P300 at the Shang Cineplex E-see Lane or at any of the Shang Cineplex ticket counters at Levels 6 and 1. Member's E-see card will be issued at least seven working (7) days after approval of application. Upon issuance of E-see card, the member will be asked to key in his/her Personal Identification Number (PIN) that will be used for all his/her transactions.

Lost or stolen cards should immediately be reported to 633-4735 for de-activation. Members must fill out the Card Replacement Form at the E-see Lane counter. Card replacement forms may also be completed online. Member must submit the printed form and replacement fee to the E-see Lane counter. The lost or stolen card may be replaced at a cost of P100. Upon issuance of the replacement card, all membership data will be transferred.

Membership is deemed active when cinema tickets are purchased and corresponding points earned. A membership becomes lapsed at the end of 180 consecutive days of membership inactivity, i.e., no ticket purchases within the period.

You may purchase e-load from any of the Shang Cineplex ticket counters at Level 6, and the Shang Cineplex satellite ticket counter at Level 1. Minimum loading amount is P500.

Refunds on purchased load are not allowed.

Online purchase is allowable only if you have sufficient e-load to cover purchases.

Just go to the E-see lane counter or at any of the Shang Cineplex ticket counters at Levels 6 and 1, and present your E-see card.

Online purchase transactions cannot be cancelled or refunded.

E-see Club honors these passes for on-site transactions. However, passes are not honored for online transactions.

Only members can reserve through phone. Seats may be reserved via the E-see Club Member's Hotline (633-4735) provided the member has sufficient e-load balance to cover the transaction amount. A member who reserves must purchase his/her reserved tickets at the E-see Lane at Level 6 or at any of the Shang Cineplex ticket counters at Levels 6 and 1 at least two (2) hours prior to the start of the movie screening. Failure to purchase the reserved tickets by the aforementioned time period shall be subject to a “no-show-penalty” of Php50.00 per seat which will be automatically debited against the member's e-load. Reservations may be cancelled without penalty only if cancellations are made two (2) hours before the start of the movie screening. The reservation feature applies to regular priced tickets only.

A new member who wishes to purchase tickets online must use his/her username in the application form. To log-in, the member must go to the Member's Corner. For first -time log-in, member should type his/her username, followed by his/ her PIN as the initial or temporary password. The system will then request for a new or permanent password.

Rewards can only be claimed on site at the Shang Cineplex Ticket Counters at Level 6.
