| 2. Upon receipt of booking confirmation from the Shang Cineplex, organizer /s will be requested to submit the following: |
| a. Documentary requirements for Contract [If company, 1st page of SEC Registration and latest Board Resolution] |
| b. Programme / Schedule of Activities |
| c. List of On-site requirements ( if any). E.g., electrical connections, security and/ or janitorial personnel, other technical and set-up requirements |
| d. List of prospective sponsors / exhibitors (if any) with lay-outs, perspectives of collaterals, merchandising and proposed activities |
